Shipping procedure

Delivery of orders on website will be done in two ways, all packages are sent by courier after one working day after order registration, if they are for the city of Tehran (within the range), and finally received within 48 hours after order registration. In return for other cities and suburbs of Tehran will be sent with Pishtaz post and the user will receive his package after 2 to 5 working days.

Send by courier to Tehran up to 48 working hours

Shipments are made by courier every day from 14:00 to 20:00, and if you are not present at the address, the delivery will be done again on the next working day (basically from 9:00 to 14:00), if you are not present for the second time, your package will be returned to the Ketabli and you will be notified through support.

Send by post to other provinces within 3 to 7 working days

Shipments to other cities will be made by Pishtaz post, if you are not present at the address, your package will be returned to the post office's warehouse and you must receive your package in person.

* To receive the goods from the checkout counter in the post office, you must have your identification documents and tracking code with you.
